We're looking for a Claims Senior Associate to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to handle Claims financial processing mainly settlement request. This role is also responsible for identifying paperwork for beneficiary whether In Good Order (IGO) or Not In Good Order (NIGO) and should be followed-up via call out.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Handle claims financial processing, with a primary focus on settlement requests.
  • Identify beneficiary paperwork status as In Good Order (IGO) or Not In Good Order (NIGO) and follow up via phone calls as necessary.
  • Perform claims indexing to segregate items related to settlements and notifications.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of claims settlements and related financial transactions.
  • Maintain effective communication with beneficiaries and other stakeholders to resolve claims issues, demonstrating fair to good communication skills.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize claims processing workflows and improve efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • Open for fresh graduates, though preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of relevant work experience in a professional setting.
  • Candidates with experience in back-office operations or administrative roles are highly desirable. This includes familiarity with office management tasks, data entry, document handling, and providing general support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • A bachelor's degree in any field is required.
  • Amenable for fixed night shift.

  • Experience with handling claims
  • Demonstrates effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey information and ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a work environment.
