We're looking for a Claims Senior Associate to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are responsible for managing the financial processing of claims, with a primary focus on settlement requests.   

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the financial processing of claims, with a primary emphasis on handling settlement requests.

  • Evaluate beneficiary paperwork to determine if it is In Good Order (IGO) or Not In Good Order (NIGO), ensuring all documentation meets required standards.

  • Ensure all necessary documentation is in compliance with required standards for claims processing.

  • Oversee claims indexing, efficiently organizing items by segregating settlements from notifications.

  • Maintain organized and efficient processing of claims to support overall operational effectiveness. 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Background with insurance claims processing is non-negotiable.

  • A bachelor's degree in any field is required.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools

  • Demonstrates effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey information and ideas to diverse audiences.

  • Ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a work environment.
