Position: SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATOR

Job Type: Available for Part-Time and Full-Time

Job Set-Up: Hybrid, 2 times a week onsite or as needed on events/sites

Core Duties: Photography, videography, editing, content planning with team.

Qualifications: Multimedia/Communications graduate, 2+ years experience.

Skills: Shooting, editing, storytelling.

Personality: Energetic, creative, collaborative.

  • Plan, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content for various platforms (e.g., reels, TikToks, behind-the-scenes, promos, tutorials, vlogs, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to align video content with brand messaging, campaigns, and trends.
  • Repurpose videos appropriately for cross-platform use (different formats and durations per platform).
  • Stay updated with video trends, editing styles, and platform algorithms (especially TikTok, IG Reels, and whichever media apply).
  • Optimize video content for performance, including captions, hooks, hashtags, and CTAs.
  • Manage and maintain an organized library of raw footage and edited content.
  • Assist with creative brainstorming and content planning.
  • Occasionally appear on-camera or direct talents/influencers during shoots (if applicable).
  • Ensure timely delivery of content based on the content calendar or campaign deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
