Job Summary:

The Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. This role requires attentiveness, efficiency, and a positive attitude to uphold the restaurant's service standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
  • Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations when requested.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
  • Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure table settings are clean, organized, and properly maintained.
  • Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
  • Process guest payments and handle cash or card transactions correctly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least
    Senior High School graduate
    or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a Server
    or in a similar role is preferred but not required (training provided).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Flexible schedule — willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to carry trays, dishes, and glassware safely.
