About the role

FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION (FORMERLY SANKO FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION') is seeking a talented Call Center Representative (Non Voice Account) to join their team in Metro Manila. This full-time position will involve providing exceptional customer service to clients through non-voice communication channels.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other non-voice communication channels
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and service-level agreements

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
