OB DESCRIPTION: SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

(Large Format Printing Company)

Position Summary

The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company's large-format printing services. This includes tarpaulin printing, stickers, signage, Panaflex, backlit materials, acrylic, and other printing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales & Client Acquisition
  2. Identify potential clients across multiple industries.
  3. Conduct prospecting via calls, visits, and online channels.
  4. Present company capabilities and sample outputs.
  5. Prepare and deliver quotations and sales presentations.
  6. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  7. Account Management

  8. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  9. Handle client inquiries, job orders, and follow-ups.
  10. Coordinate with production regarding specifications and deadlines.
  11. Ensure client satisfaction through quality outputs and service.

  12. Project Coordination

  13. Review artwork and technical requirements.
  14. Prepare accurate job orders with complete details.
  15. Monitor production timelines and progress.
  16. Coordinate installation or delivery when needed.

  17. Marketing & Brand Promotion

  18. Support marketing campaigns (social media, email, digital).
  19. Promote services through online platforms and events.
  20. Assist in developing marketing materials (brochures, sample kits).
  21. Track competitor pricing, materials, and trends.

  22. Reporting & Administration

  23. Prepare sales reports and maintain client databases.
  24. Track pipelines and weekly activity reports.
  25. Coordinate billing and collection with Accounting.
  26. Provide management with market insights and customer feedback.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related course.

- Experience in printing, advertising, or sales is an advantage.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of printing materials and processes preferred.

- Proficient in MS Office and digital communication platforms.

SCOPE OF WORK: SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE (Large Format Printing)

A. Lead Generation & Prospecting

- Build and maintain lead lists.

- Conduct client outreach and schedule meetings.

- Submit quotations and negotiate pricing.

B. Client Servicing & Order Handling

- Review client design files and specs.

- Prepare job orders and coordinate with production.

- Ensure accurate production details and timelines.

C. Production Coordination

- Align with production teams for deadlines and quality.

- Check proofs and sample outputs.

- Ensure final output meets quality standards.

D. Delivery & Completion

- Coordinate delivery or installation schedules.

- Provide clients with updates and completion proofs.

- Assist with revisions or reprints if needed.

E. Marketing Activities

- Assist in social media posting and promotions.

- Conduct competitor and industry research.

- Help plan seasonal promotions and marketing campaigns.

F. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain client and sales tracking sheets.

- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.

- Coordinate billing and ensure complete documentation.

G. Customer Relationship Management

- Conduct regular check-ins with clients.

- Encourage repeat orders through consistent service.

- Foster long-term partnerships with key accounts.
