AREA SALES AGENT - BULACAN , PAMPANGA

  • Develop territory to acquire wholesale B2B and retail accounts to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Visit existing and potential customers such as auto supply stores, service centers, and fleet operators
  • Promote and sell the company's automotive parts catalogue, including presenting product features,specifications, and pricing
  • Manage and grow accounts through regular follow-ups, relationship building, and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Conduct market mapping to identify new business opportunities within the assigned area
  • Provide timely assistance to customers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and post-sales support in coordination with internal teams
  • Ensure proper documentation of orders, sales transactions, and account information
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions
  • Gather customer feedback and relay insights to management to support product and strategy improvements
  • Identify gaps in market demand and recommend potential new products

Qualifications

  • College graduate, preferably in Business, Marketing, or any related field (Open to senior high graduates with strong sales experience)
  • At least 3 years of sales experience; experience in automotive parts is a strong advantage
  • Good understanding of automotive products and common replacement parts (filters, belts, lubricants, brake components, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Willing to travel within the assigned area
  • With a valid driver's license and preferably owns a motorcycle or vehicle
