Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer‑centric Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will help prospective residential, business, and enterprise customers discover and subscribe to our high‑speed internet and wireless services. You will play a key part in expanding our customer base and ensuring customers receive the best service for their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers (residential, business, enterprise) through cold calls, referrals, inquiries, and other lead generation methods.
  • Present and explain our service offerings — high‑speed internet packages, whole‑home WiFi, promotional deals, coverage areas, and features such as 24/7 tech support. (Reflecting the core services offered by the company.)
  • Conduct needs analysis: understand customer requirements (internet speed, budget, home or business setup) and recommend the suitable package.
  • Guide prospects through the full sales process: scheduling appointments (if needed), providing quotes, explaining terms and conditions, overcoming objections, closing sales, and finalizing subscriptions/contracts.
  • Maintain and update customer and lead information in the CRM system ensuring accurate and timely records of interactions, serviceability checks (e.g. address validation / service availability), follow‑ups, and paperwork.
  • Collaborate with technical/support teams to ensure smooth service activation, and assist clients with any service‑related questions or concerns during onboarding. (Given the technical nature of ISP services.)
  • Work to meet or exceed individual sales targets — both in acquiring new customers and contributing to customer retention/upsell when applicable.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field) or equivalent experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Previous sales experience — ideally in telecommunications, ISP, or technology/Internet services — is preferred but not strictly required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain technical offerings clearly in simple terms, build rapport, and handle questions or objections professionally.
  • Customer‑service mindset, with patience, empathy, and commitment to helping customers find the right solution.
  • Comfortable with using CRM software (or ability to learn quickly) and basic office tools (MS Office, spreadsheets, digital forms).
  • Self‑motivated, target-driven, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
