Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and research potential clients through various channels (cold calling, email outreach, social media).

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.

  • Outbound Calling & Follow-up:

Make outbound calls to prospects and engage them in meaningful conversations to introduce company products/services.

Follow up on warm leads and nurture relationships to ensure conversion into sales.

  • Sales Presentations:

Present company offerings to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and addressing their needs and concerns.

  • Closing Sales:

Close deals by persuading potential clients to commit to purchasing services/products.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions as needed.

  • Relationship Building:

Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Tracking & Reporting:

Update CRM and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress.

Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.
