The Role and Candidate:

As the Merchandising Supervisor/Manager for the Philippines market, you will be at the heart of shaping the product experience in all current and future POP MART stores. Partnering closely with the APAC Head of SCM, you will have the opportunity to influence how our products reach customers, ensure every store reflects our brand's vision, and drive operational excellence. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on turning strategy into action, loves optimizing processes, and wants to play a pivotal role in the growth of POP MART in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for purchasing goods for the
    Philippines market
    , including both direct sales and distribution business. Upon the arrival of goods, enter product information into the system.
  • Responsible for analyzing market product data in the
    Philippines
    and collaborating with relevant departments to continuously forecast demand.
  • Accountable for the accuracy of demand forecasting, including tracking deviations and making continuous improvements. Oversee the execution of the current plan.
  • Responsible for store replenishment from the local warehouse to stores, ensuring no goods shortage while aligning store sales with the merchandise plan.
  • Analyze unsalable inventory and develop actionable plans for inventory reduction.
  • Communicate and collaborate with store operations, design, business, marketing, and IP departments at headquarters to coordinate resources in support of marketing or project needs.
  • Work with the headquarters team to complete other related tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of retail work and people management experience.
  • Familiar with the development of product strategic plans.
  • Proficient in various Office software applications.
  • Highly responsible, with strong skills in communication, coordination, and organization.
  • English is the mandatory working language. Preference will be given to candidates who speak Chinese and/or have a passion for Chinese culture.
