Job Descriptions:

·       Lead the accounting team and ensuring effective and efficient operations.

·       Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.

·       Identifying areas for improvement within the Department and implementing necessary changes.

·       Oversee and review daily financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

·       Analyze and composes the financial reports and give a data-driven insights to support management in strategic decision-making.

·       Develop and implement process improvements in financial reporting, accounting systems, and tax compliance.

·       Help the organization to safeguard company's assets and maintain financial security by establishing internal controls.

·       Protects the organization by keeping information confidential.

·       Ensuring timely filing of tax and other regulatory compliance requirements to prevent penalties.

·       Field work for taxation concerns

·       Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure smooth financial operations and reporting.

·       Guides other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy, applying observations and recommendations to operational issues.

·       Approves all budget requests up to assigned level of authority.

II. Experience Requirement

·       Must be a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy

·       With at least five (5) years experience in accounting operations

·       With at least three (3) years experience in accounting supervisory / managerial role

·       With proven experience in Automotive Industry.

·       Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.

·       Experience in any accounting system is an advantage.

·       Licensed CPA is an advantage

·       With good oral and written communication skills.

·       Flexible and can-do multitasking works.

·       Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

Must be willing to be assigned at Edsa Munoz Quezon City.
