We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant / Paralegal to support a small but fast-paced law practice. This role combines administrative work with hands-on legal support — perfect for someone organized, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Work Setup

  • Part-time: ~20 hours per week
  • Hybrid (mostly remote; occasional onsite meetings in Metro Manila)
  • Long-term position | Immediate start

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and respond to discovery requests (interrogatories, production, admissions)
  • Prepare motions, pleadings, complaints, and answers under attorney supervision
  • Conduct basic legal research and summarize findings
  • Maintain case files, exhibits, and deadlines accurately
  • Handle client intake, correspondence, and follow-ups
  • Manage schedules, emails, and digital records via MyCase and Google Workspace
  • Assist with light marketing or academic tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Experience in legal drafting or law office support preferred
  • Tech-savvy: Google Workspace, MyCase, Canva, Calendly, Zoom
  • Professional, dependable, and discreet
