Job Summary

The Accounting Assistant is responsible for providing support to the accounting and operations team by performing clerical, administrative, and system-based tasks. The role ensures accurate processing, monitoring, and documentation of Delivery Receipts (DR), Purchase Order Transfer Forms (POTF), transmittals, and other accounting-related records. The position also requires proficiency in using the ERP system for data entry, monitoring, and verification activities.

Duties and Responsibilities1. Document Management

  • Printing of Delivery Receipts (DR) for daily operations.
  • Monitoring and tracking all issued Delivery Receipts to ensure proper acknowledgment and return.
  • Printing of Purchase Order Transfer Forms (POTF) as requested by operations or procurement.
  • Monitoring and updating the status of POTF for accuracy and completeness.
  • Printing and preparing Transmittal documents for inter-department or external submission.
  • Filing and organizing all accounting-related documents (DR, POTF, invoices, transmittals) according to company filing procedures.
  • Ensuring that all physical and digital files are properly stored, complete, and easily retrievable.

2. ERP System Support

  • Encoding and updating data in the ERP system related to DR, POTF, transmittals, and other documents.
  • Verifying accuracy of entries before posting to the system.
  • Assisting in generating ERP reports as needed by supervisors or the accounting department.
  • Helping ensure all ERP transactions are updated and aligned with physical and scanned documents.

3. Administrative & Accounting Assistance

  • Assisting the accounting team with clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and sorting documents.
  • Coordinating with internal departments regarding document requests and status follow-ups.
  • Supporting other accounting functions as may be assigned by the Accounting Supervisor or Manager.
  • Perform assigned task from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or college level in Accounting, Business, or any related field is an advantage.
  • With experience in basic accounting, documentation, or administrative work.
  • Knowledgeable in ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Fresh graduate open to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
