Take full responsibility for preparing, filing, and ensuring the accuracy of tax and compliance reports for our clients. This role involves hands-on work in managing BIR filings, maintaining compliance with government regulations, and ensuring timely submissions of all required reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and file all tax returns and compliance reports (VAT, withholding, income tax, and others) in accordance with BIR deadlines and requirements.
  • Perform tax account reconciliations and verify the accuracy and completeness of tax computations.
  • Handle BIR-related matters such as assessments, notices, and submission of documentary requirements.
  • Keep up to date with current tax laws, BIR issuances, and compliance regulations.
  • Coordinate directly with clients to obtain the necessary financial data and supporting documents for reporting.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of solid experience in tax filing, BIR compliance
    , or general accounting, preferably 
    from an accounting or audit firm
    .
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, or any related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of BIR processes and e-filing systems (eFPS, eBIRForms, etc.).
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and able to deliver results under tight deadlines.
