About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Services Representative to join our dynamic team at YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION'. In this full-time, virtual role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. With a focus on delivering seamless virtual processes, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the overall customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling a variety of customer inquiries and concerns via telephone, email, and other communication channels
  2. Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, while adhering to company policies and procedures
  3. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers, addressing their needs and concerns
  4. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  5. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and recommend process enhancements
  6. Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle a variety of customer inquiries
  4. Proficiency in using computer software and various communication platforms
  5. A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  6. Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment and adapt to changing customer needs
