About the role

YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION' is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Services Representative to join our virtual team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via phone and digital channels. The role is based in Mandaue City, Cebu.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to inbound customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  2. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively
  3. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers
  4. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
  5. Identifying and escalating complex or sensitive issues as appropriate
  6. Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  7. Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the financial services industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide a personalized customer experience
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyse and resolve complex customer issues
  4. Proficient in the use of relevant computer systems and software applications
  5. A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  6. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations
