About the role
Stark Asia Solutions Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in our Mandaue City, Cebu office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling billing inquiries and transactions for our diverse client base.
What you'll be doing
- Handle voice-based customer inquiries related to healthcare billing.
- Accurately process and resolve billing issues, disputes, and account concerns.
- Deliver excellent customer service by actively listening and providing clear solutions.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including quality, attendance, and efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive healthcare and billing information.
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and ensure client satisfaction.
What we're looking for
- College Level candidates (Undergrad or Graduate of any course/degree)
- At least 2 years of BPO experience, with exposure to billing and account management (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and provide clear and concise responses
- Willing to be assigned to either Mandaue Site or Cebu City (1Nito Tower)
- A customer-centric mindset and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities with flexible working schedules.
