We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team. The Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for gathering necessary documentation, reviewing applications, and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of mortgage loan applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of mortgage lending regulations, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Review mortgage loan applications to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Collect and verify all necessary documentation, including income statements, credit reports, appraisal reports, and property information.
  • Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to obtain any missing or additional information.
  • Analyze applicant financial information to assess creditworthiness and adherence to lending guidelines.
  • Prepare loan files and submit them to underwriting for approval.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all loan transactions and communications.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any borrower inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Good English speaking and writing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and implement new processes and technologies.
  • Fluent in Mandarin is a big plus
