We are seeking a highly motivated Producer & Researcher with a strong understanding of the crypto industry, capable of supporting the production of live shows, podcasts, and narrative-driven news discussions. The ideal candidate is crypto-native—plugged into X (Twitter), familiar with key narratives, and able to transform complex crypto conversations into notes for the hosts towards creating engaging and accessible live content.

A strong plus is the ability to craft compelling copy for social clips, event coverage, and digital channels, functioning also as a copywriting and marketing manager.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Production Support

  • Stay ahead of the biggest narratives in crypto, tracking relevant news, key voices, and market trends.
  • Build and maintain a research document with up-to-date topics, insights, charts, and links for live sessions and podcasts.
  • Prepare research, questions, and talking points for live interviews and news desk segments.
  • Support The Weekly, Token Narratives & Events by curating stories and ensuring relevance to current discussions.

Live Show & Podcast Production

  • Assist in producing live podcasts and news desks, including setup, livestream management, and camera/screen control.
  • Help drive the show dynamically during live broadcasts, coordinating visuals and cues.
  • Identify hooks, moments, and quotes worth highlighting post-show.
  • Manage guest research, outreach, and scheduling, including macro economists, market commentators, and crypto thought leaders.

(Bonus) Copywriting & Marketing

  • Write and refine copy for video clips, show descriptions, and promotional posts across X, YouTube, Rumble, and Instagram.
  • Identify timestamps and key segments within live or recorded sessions to maximize engagement.
  • Oversee content performance, track what resonates, and optimize messaging accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the team on marketing strategy for content amplification.

Requirements

  • Deep familiarity with crypto culture, narratives, and key influencers ("Crypto Twitter" native).
  • Strong research and organizational skills — able to synthesize information quickly and clearly.
  • Deep knowledge of the crypto industry; prior live production experience is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Comfortable managing multiple moving parts and adapting in real time during live events.
  • (Bonus) Copywriting or social media management experience with strong understanding of tone, engagement, and analytics.

Nice to Have

  • Video editing or clip-cutting familiarity is a bonus but not needed (basic trimming, identifying high-impact content).
  • Experience working with crypto media, influencers, or exchanges/projects.
  • Marketing management experience (tracking performance, reporting, iterating content strategy).

How This Role Evolves

While the Producer / Researcher responsibilities form the core of this position, candidates with strong writing and digital marketing skills may also take on Crypto Copywriting & Marketing Manager duties — expanding their scope into channel management and content optimization.
