About the role

As the Social Media Manager at SwipeEdge, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's social media strategy across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok). This is a full-time position based in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. You will play a key role in building the company's brand presence and engaging with its target audience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn
  2. Create and curate engaging, high-quality content that resonates with the target audience
  3. Monitor social media trends and adjust the content strategy accordingly
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with overall marketing goals
  5. Analyse social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  7. Identify opportunities to expand the company's social media presence and following

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the digital marketing or e-commerce industry
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and audience engagement tactics
  4. Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics and reporting
  5. Creativity and an eye for visual design to create compelling content
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  7. Familiarity with search engine optimisation (SEO) and content marketing
