Online Patient Care Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Online Patient Care Specialist to handle patient inquiries, manage online bookings, and provide administrative support with initiative and professionalism. The role is vital in ensuring a smooth and efficient clinic experience for our patients while upholding excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to all online inquiries from patients and customers.
  • Assist patients with online appointment scheduling and coordinate bookings.
  • Provide accurate information about clinic services, procedures, and policies.
  • Maintain and update patient records and booking systems.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support daily clinic operations.
  • Proactively identify ways to improve patient experience and streamline processes.
  • Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure efficient service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (healthcare setting preferred but not required).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and patient-centered.
  • Comfortable using online booking systems, messaging platforms, and other digital tools
