Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Online Patient Care Specialist to handle patient inquiries, manage online bookings, and provide administrative support with initiative and professionalism. The role is vital in ensuring a smooth and efficient clinic experience for our patients while upholding excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to all online inquiries from patients and customers.
- Assist patients with online appointment scheduling and coordinate bookings.
- Provide accurate information about clinic services, procedures, and policies.
- Maintain and update patient records and booking systems.
- Perform administrative tasks to support daily clinic operations.
- Proactively identify ways to improve patient experience and streamline processes.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure efficient service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (healthcare setting preferred but not required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and patient-centered.
- Comfortable using online booking systems, messaging platforms, and other digital tools
