OPAT.PH is looking for compassionate, dedicated Nurses to join our team in delivering specialized care through Outpatient Parenteral Antibiotic Therapy (OPAT) and IV infusion services.This is more than a typical nursing role — it's an opportunity to work at the forefront of infection care, antibiotic therapy, and patient-centered treatment, including support for patients living with HIV.Fresh Board Passers are welcome to applyWhile prior experience is valued, < 1 year of nursing experience is sufficient, and applicants with IV Therapy (IVT) training or certification are highly encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist and grow into the role of an OPAT Nurse SpecialistAdminister IV antibiotics and manage infusion protocols safely and effectivelyMonitor patient conditions and ensure compliance with infection control standardsApply knowledge of aseptic techniques, PICC line care, and OPAT proceduresScreen referrals to assess OPAT eligibilityEducate patients and caregivers on medication administration and IV line careProvide counseling and care to patients with infections, including HIVPerform essential nursing duties such as IV insertion, vital signs monitoring, and antibiotic preparationMaintain professionalism and uphold the highest standards of patient careAdditional DutiesAttend training and clinical meetingsPromote OPAT services to eligible patientsHelp maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinic environmentEnsure proper use and care of medical equipmentConduct home visitsComply with company policies and perform other tasks as assignedWhat We OfferFull-time role with bi-monthly salary disbursementStandard contributions to SSS, Pag-Ibig, and PhilHealthAdditional allowances or performance-based incentivesAccess to training and learning opportunities to build clinical expertiseMedical care services and benefitsWork ScheduleMonday to Saturday clinic scheduleOn-call only if needed on Sundays and holidaysTo ApplySubmit your resume and a brief cover letter detailing your qualifications and experience to: or At OPAT.PH, you won't just be working—you'll be learning, growing, and making a difference in the lives of patients who need highly specialized care.
