JOB DESCRIPTION – FLEET & LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR

Location: Bacolod City (Onsite)

Schedule: Morning Shift

Overview

The Fleet & Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day logistics and fleet operations to ensure efficient dispatching, routing, and delivery performance. The role manages vehicle utilization, monitors driver activities, coordinates shipments, and ensures all logistics processes run smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily fleet operations including vehicle dispatch, routing, scheduling, and trip monitoring.
  • Coordinate logistics activities such as loading, shipment planning, and delivery execution.
  • Monitor delivery progress, GPS tracking, fuel usage, and driver performance.
  • Ensure vehicles undergo regular preventive maintenance and repairs.
  • Maintain complete and accurate fleet documents (OR/CR, insurance, permits, maintenance logs).
  • Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely and correct deliveries.
  • Resolve delivery concerns, road incidents, and other operational issues.
  • Implement and enforce safety standards and transport regulations.
  • Assist in planning logistics routes to improve efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on fleet and logistics performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • 2–5 years experience in logistics, fleet operations, dispatching, or related functions.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle operations, maintenance schedules, and transport compliance.
  • Proficient in GPS tracking systems, dispatch tools, and basic logistics software.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in Bacolod City on a morning shift schedule.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
