Our US partner is an independent investment and insurance advisory firm that provides sophisticated Wealth Management, innovative Insurance Solutions, and experienced Employer Services.

We're seeking an Operations Assistant who will provide essential support to the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) and leadership team. In this capacity, you will assist in maintaining and overseeing the firm's compliance program, monitor supervised persons, help fulfill regulatory obligations, and promote ethical standards across the organization. You will also have responsibility for recording, processing and reporting on all Investment Advisory revenue received including checks, EFTs, wire transfers etc. from our various custodians.

This is a full-time role, on a US shift and a Work-from-home set-up.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring activities of supervised persons to ensure adherence to firm policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Assist in conducting periodic reviews and surveillance of communications, transactions, and client interactions.

  • Support the onboarding process for new supervised persons.

  • Track completion of continuing education and compliance training for all supervised persons.

  • Assist with monitoring and renewing IAR state registrations.

  • Assist in preparing and updating compliance manuals, support regulatory filings and recordkeeping, and help respond to regulatory inquiries and exams.

  • Assist with regular compliance reviews, identify risks, support testing of internal controls, document findings, and help implement improvements based on recommendations.

  • Assist the CCO with new client and account approval processes.

  • Weekly reconciliation of all fee revenue received.

  • Coordinate and reconcile weekly revenue detail into Adviso rBoB system.

  • Monthly reporting of revenue to accountants for preparation of corporate financials.

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree (business, finance, law, or related fields are a plus).

  • Experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory work—ideally in financial services or with an RIA.

  • Basic understanding of SEC and state rules for investment advisers and staff.

  • Strong organization skills and ability to handle several tasks at once.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills—comfortable working with colleagues, management, and regulators.

  • Good attention to detail and analytical thinking.

  • Discretion and good judgment with sensitive information.

  • Familiar with office software (Microsoft Office Suite) and, ideally, compliance software tools.

  • High proficiency in English- both oral and written.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
