Job Responsibilities

  • Develop equipment layout designs based on project requirements and engineering standards.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with various departments within the IPI office and the U.S. office to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Utilize 3D software to create isometrics, piping drawings, and equipment/piping models for design and engineering projects.
  • Monitor and manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Adjust working hours as needed to attend remote meetings with the U.S. office.

Job Requirements

  • Licensed Mechanical Engineer with a strong foundation in mechanical and piping design principles.
  • With years of experience in piping design, preferably within the petrochemical, oil & gas, or other process-driven industries.
  • Proficient in 2D AutoCAD and AutoCAD Plant 3D; familiarity with additional 3D modeling tools such as OptiPlant, PDMS, PDS, CADWorx, or similar software is a plus.
  • Strong experience working with P&ID drawings, piping specifications, and relevant engineering standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
