Position: Jr. Structural Engineer

Company Industry: Engineering Services

Work Location: Ortigas, Pasig

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Salary: Php 22,000–25,000 gross

Work Set Up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering; prefers licensed engineer.
  • Experience in structural design, preferably within petrochemical or process industries
  • Proficiency in structural analysis/design software (STAAD Pro, AutoCAD Plant 3D)
  • Strong knowledge of materials science, load analysis (dead, live, wind, seismic), and construction methods
  • Ability to interpret and apply relevant industry codes and standards

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform structural analysis and calculations for foundations, control buildings, trenches, equipment supports, and large tanks
  • Prepare, review, and finalize detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and project plans
  • Utilize CAD and structural analysis software to create models and drawings
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, regulations, and international standards (ACI, AISC)
  • Collaborate with architects, piping designers, mechanical engineers, and project managers to integrate structural designs into overall project plans
