Project Manager – A/B Testing

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to oversee our A/B testing

initiatives, UAT reviews, and test lifecycle management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a

fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, has an analytical mind, and has

a strong background in agile methodologies and test execution.

):


• Test Lifecyle Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of A/B tests, including scoping, setup,

monitoring, updates, and deactivation.


• UAT Coordination: Coordinate UAT mock and production test reviews to ensure accuracy, quality,

and alignment with business and tech objectives.


• Platform Oversight: Oversee the launching, updating, and pulling down of tests across multiple

software platforms.


• Jira Guru: Create, assign, and track tasks in Jira, maintaining organized Kanban boards to ensure

tracking, transparency and accountability.


• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product owners, marketing, and design to prioritize

testing roadmaps.


• Deadline Management: Ensure all projects meet deadlines while balancing multiple priorities.

• Testing Pro: Strong knowledge of A/B testing cycles, qualitative/quantitative, and workflows.


• Jira Game Strong: Hands-on experience with Jira, including ticket creation, assignment, and

Kanban board management.


• Agile Enthusiast: Scrum/agile methodology experience strongly preferred.


• Organization Extraordinaire: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.


• Communication is Key: Ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams.


• Industry Experience: Experience in a LeadGen or performance marketing environment a plus.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Success in this role will be measured by:


• Cycle Time: Average time from test ideation → UAT → launch → analysis.


• Accuracy & Quality: % of UAT reviews passed without errors or relaunches.


• Jira Management Efficiency: Ticket SLA compliance, backlog health, and Kanban board accuracy.


• Cross-Team Alignment: Stakeholder satisfaction scores or feedback from

product/marketing/engineering teams.


• Impact of Tests: % of tests producing actionable insights or measurable lift in LeadGen KPIs (e.g.,

conversion rate, CTR).


• Project Load Management: Ability to effectively manage and close multiple projects concurrently

without delays.
