About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven Channel Sales Manager who will take full ownership of sales growth, nationwide channel expansion, and customer acquisition for Philips Mobile & Home Power products.

This role focuses heavily on opening new accounts, expanding our presence in department stores, gadget channels, resellers, and regional partners, and ensuring that sales targets are consistently achieved month after month.

If you are aggressive in sales, strong in negotiations, and experienced in building retail networks, this role is for you.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Growth & Revenue Delivery

  • Drive aggressive monthly and quarterly sales targets across all channels.
  • Lead sell-in and sell-out strategies to maximize revenue and category performance.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports for decision-making.

Nationwide Channel Expansion

  • Open new retail channels and customer accounts nationwide (department stores, regional dealers, gadget shops, lifestyle stores, provincial partners).
  • Conduct market mapping to identify new opportunities for expansion.
  • Build partnerships in new cities and provinces to increase coverage and distribution.
  • Develop and execute a strategic channel expansion roadmap for 2025 onward.

Customer Acquisition & Account Development

  • Lead nationwide customer acquisition efforts to onboard new dealers, resellers, and retail groups.
  • Negotiate trade terms, margins, listing fees, and marketing support.
  • Strengthen business relationships with key partners to increase visibility and sell-through.

Store Rollout & Channel Launch Execution

  • Assist in evaluating locations and launching new Philips kiosks or partner stores.
  • Ensure new channels are fully supported with inventory, merchandising, and training.

Retail Excellence & Field Execution

  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor inventory, merchandising compliance, and competitor activity.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to execute promotions, campaigns, and in-store branding.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years experience in sales, channel expansion, or account management (consumer electronics preferred).
  • Proven track record of opening new accounts and hitting sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence retail partners.
  • Must be results-driven, highly organized, and comfortable with nationwide field work.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for sales and inventory analysis.
