Context of the Role and Your Mission
Our Localization Services team helps these brands translate and localize their Shopify websites, ads, and video creatives, unlocking 2–5× growth in new markets.
As an Internal Executive Partner supporting Localization Services, you'll act as the right hand to Ally's founder and leadership team — ensuring projects run smoothly across clients, creative vendors, and AI tools.
This isn't an admin VA role. It's a high-trust, high-impact operations position.
Your mission is to help world-class brands achieve efficient international growth by delivering a fast, seamless, and managed localization experience.

What You'll Actually Do
Coordinate & Deliver Excellence
- Manage project flow across clients, AI partners, and creative vendors
- Track deliverables, timelines, and ensure outputs meet Ally's standards
- Keep everything moving — from kickoff to launch
Communicate with Clarity
- Send regular updates and reports to clients
- Gather data (ROAS, conversions, etc.) and surface key insights
- Keep communication proactive and results-driven
Build Systems that Scale
- Turn ideas and messy workflows into clear SOPs
- Work with founder and AI partners to test and improve processes
Manage & Grow a Small Team
- Recruit and manage designers, editors, or assistants
- Set expectations, maintain accountability, and uphold quality
What Success Looks Like
30 Days: You understand our systems and coordinate multiple workflows independently.
60 Days: You're managing vendors and improving processes confidently.
90 Days: You're leading workflow initiatives and shaping how Ally delivers at scale.
What We're Looking For
Skill What Great Looks Like Project & Stakeholder Management You've coordinated across multiple people or teams, not just one boss. You bring structure and persuasion. Systems Thinking & SOPs You've built SOPs others actually follow. You think in steps, structure, and data flow. AI & Tool Curiosity You've explored tools like Notion, Zapier, Airtable, or n8n — and love working smarter through systems. eCommerce Fluency (Bonus) Experience with Shopify brands, ad creatives, or marketing operations is a strong plus.

- Type: Full-time (40 hrs/week)
- Location: Remote
- Hours: Flexible, 1–2 hrs overlap with Hong Kong time
- Pay: $950–$1,150 USD/month (based on experience & capability)
