The Role

As an Executive Partner, you'll act as a thought and execution partner to founders — managing priorities, creating order, and driving clarity across teams.

This is not a typical admin VA role. You'll work closely with business leaders, run operations, and build reliable systems that help companies scale faster.


What You'll Do
  • Manage information flow across Slack, Notion, and Email
  • Keep projects and deadlines moving smoothly
  • Build simple, reliable systems in Notion or Google Sheets
  • Run clear weekly updates, briefs, and follow-ups
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.) to automate repetitive work
  • Anticipate founder needs and create focus for high-impact work

What We're Looking For
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Organized and systems-oriented — builds dashboards and SOPs
  • High ownership and strong judgment under ambiguity
  • Curious about AI and automation tools
  • Background in e-commerce, creative, or agency environments (nice to have)
