What you'll do:

  • Own the
    financial health
    of the company – from reporting to compliance.
  • Drive accuracy in
    month-end close, P&L, and cash flow forecasting
    .
  • Ensure
    invoicing, tax, and compliance
    are always on point.
  • Lead process improvements and
    automation projects
    to boost efficiency.
  • Partner with leadership and bring
    data-driven insights
    to the table.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CA preferred).
  • Proven track record as a Finance Manager or senior finance leader.
  • Strong knowledge of
    reporting standards, compliance, and financial systems
    .
  • Familiarity with Australian Accounting Standards
    and relevant tax/regulatory frameworks.
  • Natural leader with coaching and people management skills.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and confident in making big decisions.
