JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

The Technical Analyst - ERP is responsible for the support, maintenance, and enhancement of our core ERP system. In this role, you'll act as the key technical point of contact, translating business requirements into effective technical solutions. We're looking for a candidate with a strong technical background, a deep understanding of ERP functionality, and exceptional problem-solving skills to maintain system integrity, performance, and alignment with business objectives. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:  

System Support & Maintenance

  • Act as the primary point of contact for ERP user support, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly to minimize business disruption.

  • Maintain optimal system health by actively monitoring integrations, batch jobs, and performance metrics.

  • Ensure secure and compliant access by managing user accounts, security roles, and permissions in line with company policy.

  • Conduct regular data analysis and cleanup to guarantee the highest level of data integrity.

Strategic Implementation & Enhancements

  • Partner with stakeholders across departments (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, etc.) to understand their needs and translate business requirements into technical specifications for system enhancements.

  • Drive continuous improvement by configuring and customizing ERP modules—including workflows, fields, and forms—to meet evolving business needs.

  • Empower business users with actionable insights by developing and maintaining custom reports, dashboards, and saved searches.

Integration & Project Leadership

  • Play a key role in the full project lifecycle, from initial design and testing to the successful deployment of upgrades, patches, and new modules.

  • Architect and maintain seamless integrations between the ERP and other critical business applications using APIs and middleware.

  • Manage testing cycles (UAT, unit, integration) and provide crucial post-go-live support to ensure a smooth transition.

Knowledge Management

  • Create and maintain thorough technical documentation, including configuration guides, integration maps, and SOPs, to build a robust knowledge base

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with significant hands-on experience in SAP Business One.

  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, HANA and experience with relational databases

  • Business Acumen: Solid understanding of core business processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report).

  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, provide clear recommendations, and translate business needs into technical solutions.

  • Teamwork & Independence: Must be able to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member, capable of managing a dynamic workload and tight deadlines.

  • Preferred: Experience with BI tools, scripting languages, and cloud-based ERP platforms is highly desirable. Project management and industry-specific experience are a plus
