Job Overview Join Quantrics Enterprises Inc. as a Senior Business Systems Analyst - ServiceNow (Work From Home). Responsibilities Work with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Business partners to analyze new features. Gather requirements and document in Jira/Confluence (user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.). Collaborate with Developers and Testers to ensure requirements/acceptance criteria are clear and understood. Participate in the testing process (review test cases, review test results, identify what tests are required in the regression test suite, identify what tests should be automated vs manual, etc.). Update product documentation. Specific Duties And Responsibilities Work with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Business partners to analyze new features. Competencies Core Competencies (Must-have Competencies) 7+ years of experience in Requirements Elicitation and Analysis. 7+ years of experience as a strong team player. 7+ years of experience in Testing Processes. 7+ years of Technical Proficiency. 7+ years of experience in Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking. Complementary Competencies (Good-to-have Competencies) Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written, French is a nice to have). Knowledge of the Workforce management domain. Knowledge of ServiceNow platform, the Field Service Management (FSM) module is an asset. Familiar with Confluence and JIRA. Deep understanding of Agile Methodologies and Scaled Agile Framework. Scaled Agile Framework Product Owner experience an asset. Qualifications Education Qualification/s University degree in computer science, software engineering, or other relevant discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
