Key Responsibilities:
1. Regional Rollout and Onboarding:
- Lead the deployment of the protocol in Philippines, ensuring efficient onboarding of active users through strategic partnerships.
- Develop and execute localized strategies to drive adoption and engagement within the Philippine market.
2. Market Expansion:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities, challenges, and trends specific to Philippines.
- Design and implement go-to-market strategies tailored to the Philippine market to maximize growth and user adoption.
3. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, including technologists, developers, businesses, and community leaders.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to partners to ensure alignment with growth objectives and the organization's mission.
4. Growth Operations:
- Oversee business development, partnerships, and marketing efforts to drive user adoption and retention in the Philippines.
- Monitor regional performance and optimize strategies to achieve growth targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
5. Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Collaborate with global product and economics teams to ensure local partners are properly incentivized and users remain engaged.
- Act as the bridge between global strategy and local execution, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
6. Operational Optimization:
- Continuously refine processes, logistics, and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the region.
- Provide feedback to global teams to enhance overall operations and scalability.
About You:
1. 10 years of experience in high-performance operations, business development, or sales, with a strong focus on the Philippine market.
2. Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and adapt to challenges to deliver impactful results.
3. Proven experience working across diverse cultures and regions, with fluency in English and Tagalog.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
5. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
