Title: Country Manager
This role will be a national-wide managerial role to lead the team of sales, operations and administration
Job Description
· Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for country, including sales, marketing, and customer support strategies
· Build and manage a high-performing local team, including sales, marketing, customer support, human resources and finance professionals
· Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key account customers, partners as well as key stakeholders in all fields.
· Monitor and analyze country market trends and business development direction, and provide comprehensive strategy report as well as analysis on the country's performance and progress
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SEA regional product development and global sales from BG/BU, to ensure alignment and consistency with company goals and strategies
· Drive a customer – centric approach, ensure the goal of the highest level of customer satisfaction
Qualification
· A minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in a senior sales or business development role, with a proven track record of success/milestone is required
· Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading and developing teams.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and influence stakeholders at all levels
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and use data to inform decision making
· A deep understanding and relevant experiences in the industrial automation, data center, telecom industry is preferred based on the nature of the company business scope
