Job Responsibilities:

  • Primarily responsible for the reconciliation of discrepancies.
  • Conducts investigation / analysis of inventory discrepancies. Prepares report relative thereto.
  • Checks all inventory related adjustments in coordination with Branch MIS.
  • Participates in the count during the Fiscal Year Physical Inventory.
  • Assists in the Junior Audit Staff in the investigation of special audit.
  • Monitors compliance of concerned department head on the imposition of sanction to an employee who has committed errors / infractions in the discharge of duties bearing an effect in the inventory of supermarket.
  • Witnesses and double checks actual receipt of DSA items.
  • Performs other functions that maybe assigned from time to time.
