  • Conduct internal audit with corresponding checklist & audit plan.
  • Check the status of the project, its activity & remaining balance of work vs actual accomplishment at site.
  • Check the present/previous accomplishment vs. actual accomplishment at site.
  • Check the attendance of the site personnel. Also labor personnel by getting their names verify to the Labor section.
  • Check warehouseman's reports, logbooks, issued documents & spot inventory of materials.
  • Check the site documents of the engineer (project plan, line diagram, weather chart, weekly engineer's report & etc.)
  • Check materials receiving, utilization & balance on site (comparison to IPOW Qty. & balance of work).
  • Check diesel & gasoline liquidation of the project.
  • Check status of equipment & STE. Implement proper utilization of the equipment.
  • Record hour-meter reading per equipment
  • Check quarry condition/hauling activity & stockpiling
  • Check the actual STE & equipment vs. system's record.
  • Implement proper safety at site (safety procedures & signage's, medicine kit, fire extinguisher, PPE & working safety measures) Also, Implement proper housekeeping at site.
