Job Summary:

The QA/QC Engineer ensures that all construction works and materials comply with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards. This role is vital in maintaining the company's commitment to delivering high-quality projects through systematic inspection, testing, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor the company's Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures at project sites.
  • Inspect materials, workmanship, and construction activities to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain QA/QC reports, inspection records, and non-conformance reports (NCR).
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Clients regarding quality-related issues.
  • Review and verify material submittals, test results, and as-built documents.
  • Conduct site audits and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality management and site operations.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Civil Engineering or Architecture (Licensed preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in QA/QC or construction quality management.
  • Knowledgeable in construction standards, quality testing, and documentation procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Willing to be based in Cebu or Davao, as needed.
