Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Brand Manager, located in the National Capital Region, Philippines. The Junior Brand Manager will focus on executing marketing campaigns, developing brand strategies, conducting market research, and analyzing consumer behavior. The role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure consistent brand messaging, managing social media and digital platforms, and assisting in product development and launches. The candidate will also handle budgeting, performance tracking, and reporting to senior management.

  • Experience in executing marketing campaigns and developing brand strategies
  • Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, and Content Creation skills
  • Strong project management, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the consumer products industry is a plus
