Requirements

  • Has 3-4 years of experience as a Project Management or Administrative Assistant
  • Must have standard written and communication skills

  • Highly organized, flexible, and can multitask
  • Knowledgeable in MS Applications
  • Preferably with a background on permits acquisition
  • Able to engage with different kind of personalities
  • Willing to travel for ocular inspections and official business trips

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Directly reports, coordinate, and provide assistance and support to the Supervisor and Manager to assist in planning and implementation of the project
  • Liaising with project stakeholders concerning project details and deliverables
  • Act as the Project Coordinator and ensures that the project or any other project requirement is completed
  • Handles daily operational activities and provides assistance to ensure timely project execution
  • Assist in reviewing of contracts, terms, billings, and other necessary documents
  • Perform market research and due diligence for properties, stakeholders, registered owners, and etc.
  • Secure clearances, permits, and other documents from LGUs and Authorities
  • Documentation and library maintenance for the department
  • Coordinate projects and events
  • Maintain good rapport with external contacts
  • Render Project Management and permitting services when requested and necessary
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
