Senior IT Compliance Unit Head Role

The Senior IT Compliance Unit Head spearheads initiatives in managing and implementing the Bank's compliance program, including identification, monitoring, and controlling compliance risks. This involves overseeing the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise business and support units on new or amended regulations and legislations related to IT Compliance.
  • Identify and assess regulatory matters and legislations, monitor compliance risks, and ensure bank-wide compliance.
  • Coordinate rectification of compliance findings, breaches, and risks noted from internal and external reviews.
  • Prepare regulatory reports for assigned regulators and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in banking and compliance.
  • Willingness to work on-site and adapt to changing priorities.
