We are looking for a Marketing Assistant Manager who will help lead our branding, promotions, and overall marketing strategies for the hotel.

Location: Boracay / Manila (adjust as needed)

Position: Marketing Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Manage hotel social media platforms, online presence, and content calendars
  • Coordinate with sales, reservations, and other departments for promotional activities
  • Support branding initiatives, digital marketing efforts, and public relations
  • Oversee creation of marketing materials such as posters, videos, and online ads
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in marketing (hospitality experience is an advantage)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and analytics
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and project coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
