Compensation & Benefits Manager

JOB SCOPE:
- Propose, review, and/or update the salary and benefits matrices of the company
- Ensure employee movements are aligned to the salary and benefits matrices of the company
- Ensure employees are properly informed, guided, and are able to optimize their benefits
- Lead the negotiation and management of benefit and HRIS contracts
- Build networks and relationships with government agencies, suppliers, and service providers for smooth delivery of services to employees
- Optimize the HRIS to automate employee services, where possible
- Safeguard the integrity of our HRIS and timekeeping reports for equitable salary and benefits administration
- Manage the day-to-day operations of benefits administration and timekeeping
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least Five (5) years' experience managing compensation and benefits in a company of similar industry and/or size
- With experience in overseeing HR systems and/or timekeeping functions in a supervisory or managerial capacity
- Exposure to the Integrated Resorts, hospitality, and/or tourism industries is an advantage
- Graduate of any collegiate degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, or other related course
- Above average written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS office applications and HRIS functions is required
- Ability to plan, organize, and implement HR projects and programs
- Can coordinate and collaborate with different stakeholders
