2150 – Finance and Accounting Supervisor
Job Summary:The Finance and Accounting Supervisor is responsible for supervising and directing a team, including general ledger, accounts payable & receivable, payment processing, tax and compliance, fixed asset, and insurance monitoring. They will prepare periodic reports, review, and reconcile data, and external report preparation. They ensure finance processes and procedures are followed by established policies and standards and related governmental requirements. The Finance and Accounting Supervisor directs, trains, and guides a team of accountants.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with shared service center ("SSC") on general ledger, report preparation and balance sheet reconciliation.
Prepare reports needed for month-end and annual financial statement closing.
Manage the credit and collection process. Monitor aging of receivables and DSO.
Manage payment to suppliers. Monitor aging of payables.
Supervise SSC on the posting of service invoice collection.
Supervise the preparation of recurring tax returns. Ensure timely filing and payment. Collaborate with the external tax consultant and obtain tax opinion, if necessary.
Safekeep mobile phones and manage issuance to employees.
Monitor vehicle insurance and ensure renewal is made on time.
Ensure compliance with PFRS, tax regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with external auditors and act as a liaison during audit process.
Provide guidance, training and performance evaluations to team members.

Manages a fair workload, volunteers for additional responsibilities, prioritizes, and organizes tasks, develops proper work procedures, manages time well, and handles information flow.
Professional Capability
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (CPA preferred).
3 to 7 years experience in financial reporting or accounting.
At least 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
Knowledgeable of PFRS, tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP system.
Knowledgeable in IT/HR/Finance/Marketing/Sustainability fundamentals developed through a combination of practical experience and formal training. Demonstrates and applies this knowledge in the workplace.
