Job Summary:

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all branches to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards. This role ensures that franchise outlets deliver excellent customer service, maintain consistent product quality, and operate profitably. The Operations Manager supervises branch performance, coordinates with different departments, and provides leadership, training, and support to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Branch Operations Oversight

Supervise and monitor day-to-day branch operations to ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.

Conduct regular store visits and audits to evaluate performance.

Implement corrective actions for operational issues.

Financial & Performance Management

Review and analyze sales reports, expenses, and profitability.

Ensure achievement of sales targets and cost efficiency across branches.

Recommend strategies for revenue growth and expense control.

Team Leadership & Development

Supervise branch managers and key staff, providing coaching and guidance.

ordinate training programs for staff development and performance improvement.

Promote teamwork, discipline, and accountability.

Customer Service & Quality Assurance

Ensure all branches deliver excellent customer service experiences.

Address escalated customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.

Maintain consistent product and service quality across all locations.

Process Improvement & Compliance

Recommend and implement operational process improvements.

Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and government regulations.

Standardize workflows to optimize efficiency.

Coordination & Reporting

Work closely with Marketing, HR, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.Prepare operational reports and provide management with data-driven insights.

Support new branch openings, expansions, and franchise development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
