Job Summary As a Senior Operations Manager, you will own a wide spectrum of responsibilities; thus, you must be able to multitask with ease and proficiency. You will own the development of company systems for customer interaction and control the implementation process. You will manage and improve campaign performance through performance monitoring, problem resolution, system audits, and quality assurance measures. You will ensure that staff performance reviews are consistently conducted, assess teammates' needs, articulate cost/benefit analysis, and other operational strategy assessments. Responsibilities Own the operation process, embracing design, planning, control, performance improvement, and strategy. Develop and implement best‑in‑class methods and procedures for customer service. Lead the team of employees, providing training and ensuring smooth operations. Implement procedures, provide information to senior leaders, and generate ideas to increase productivity. Oversee teammates, team leaders, and the operations management team, fostering positive morale. Suggest system and process improvements using knowledge of daily ground operations. Maintain open communication with teammates and senior management. Monitor staffing, coverage, and training; deliver excellent client service and resolve problems. Develop individual and team goals; implement plans to achieve objectives. Summarize, collect, and analyze trends and data for regular performance reports and prepare annual budgets. Oversee system maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Participate in workshops, track trends, and engage in team projects for professional improvement.
