Job Description:

1. Camera Planning and Visual Design

  • Design and arrange camera angles for live streaming or recorded programs to ensure well-composed, dynamic, and visually appealing shots.
  • Develop shooting plans for different scenes based on program or live gaming needs, ensuring a balance between entertainment value and professional presentation.

2. Movement Coordination and On-Site Adjustments

  • Guide hosts, dealers, and other on-camera personnel on movement and positioning to ensure they appear in the best possible frame.
  • Set reference points and direct performers and staff accordingly to prevent disorganized or off-frame novements. Work closely with lighting, sound, and special effects teams to ensure smooth stage movement and maintain video quality.

3. Real-Time Monitoring and Adjustments

  • Supervise live feeds or recordings, ensuring proper framing, lighting, movement, and scene transitions meet quality standards.
  • Respond quickly to unexpected situations, such as camera malfunctions or on-air mistakes by hosts or performers, ensuring a smooth broadcast.

4. Technical and Artistic Guidance

  • Provide technical direction for camera work and stage presentation to camera operators, hosts, dealers, and performers.
  • Be familiar with various camera types and lens applications to achieve the best visual effects.
  • Keep up with the latest live streaming and video production trends to enhance the stage and overall production quality.

5. Team Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with directors, lighting designers, camera operators, sound engineers, and performers to ensure seamless coordination of all production elements.
  • Develop and implement stage and camera direction plans, ensuring all team members follow unified production standards.

Job Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher, preferably in film production, stage management, broadcasting, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in live broadcasting, live casino gaming, or television production.
  • Preferably with stage management or directing experience.
  • Proficient in camera work, visual composition, stage coordination, and video production workflows.
  • Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
  • Strong ability to guide both on-screen talent and technical staff.
