Key Responsibilities & Detailed Tasks
- Marketing Strategy Planning and Management
Develop annual and quarterly integrated marketing strategies and corresponding budget plans.
Define brand positioning, target markets, and customer personas to build differentiated competitive advantages.
Draft detailed marketing plans and lead the team in implementation to ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior, and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain market competitiveness.
- Brand and Visual Identity Management
Establish and maintain brand guidelines and visual identity systems (VIS) to ensure consistent external representation of the brand.
Oversee brand presentation across all touchpoints, including social media platforms, e-commerce listings, packaging, and marketing materials.
Organize brand-building initiatives such as storytelling campaigns, customer testimonials, and co-branded collaborations.
- Marketing Campaign Planning and Execution
Plan and execute both online and offline campaigns, including seasonal promotions, new product launches, and partnership activations.
Manage all aspects of campaign implementation, including creative direction, material production, media buying, and PR coordination.
Conduct pre-campaign forecasting, in-campaign performance tracking, and post-campaign analysis to continuously optimize efficiency and ROI.
- Content and Community Management
Oversee the company's official social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and maintain an updated content calendar.
Write or supervise the creation of engaging posts, collaborate on visual concepts, and support short-form video production.
Establish interactive mechanisms such as comment engagement, user-generated content (UGC) campaigns, and live streaming to enhance community loyalty and engagement.
- Advertising and Media Relations
Plan and manage digital ad campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
Monitor ad performance indicators such as CTR, conversion rates, CPC/CPA/ROAS, and make real-time adjustments to maximize results.
Coordinate media outreach, PR placements, and influencer partnerships (KOLs) to drive awareness and brand credibility.
- Market Research and Data Analytics
Conduct market research to gather insights on customer needs, brand perception, product feedback, and industry trends.
Utilize data tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Shopee Business Insights) to monitor traffic, conversion, and audience behavior.
Submit regular reports and strategic recommendations to guide data-informed marketing decisions.
- E-commerce Marketing and Product Listing Optimization
Participate in the development and optimization of product listings on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
Take charge of naming strategies, main image creation, product descriptions, and overall visual presentation.
Plan and implement platform-based promotions (e.g., vouchers, discount codes, bundled offers, livestreams).
- Cross-functional Collaboration and Vendor Management
Coordinate with departments such as sales, customer service, operations, warehousing, and finance to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Manage and evaluate external vendors (e.g., designers, advertising agencies, printers) for quality assurance and timely delivery.
Establish and refine SOPs to ensure workflow efficiency and accountability within the marketing team.
- Team Leadership and Management
Lead and mentor marketing team members by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing strategic and creative direction.
Implement performance metrics (KPIs), conduct regular reviews, and provide coaching for skill and leadership development.
Organize internal meetings, brainstorming sessions, case study reviews, and training workshops to build team capacity and cohesion.

The Marketing Manager is expected to independently develop stage-specific marketing objectives in alignment with the company's annual direction (e.g., sales growth, conversion rates, community engagement), submit monthly and quarterly performance reports, and take full responsibility for delivering against the established goals.
