Position: PROJECT-IN-CHARGE

Reports To

The PROJECT IN CHARGE will report to Asst. Operations Manager, COO, CEO

Job Overview

The Project-in-Charge manages and coordinates all aspects in different phases of the

project. He provides leadership and directs all groups involved in the success of the project.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

  • Minimum 3-4 years of project management experience

    Additional Requirements:

  • Must be willing to work in Parañaque City

  • Ability to work extended hours when required

Responsibilities and Duties

a. Plans the over-all and specific requirement of the project

b. Implements the project activities based on the schedule desired quality, within budget

and safe manner.

c. Implements serious housekeeping program.

d. Prepares complete report that will update the managememt about status of

issues/concerns and recommended resolution developed with the site team.

e. Coordinates with other department in order to resolve concerns that they may help.

f. Establishes meaningful relationship with relevant authorities.

g. Manages and controls the deliverables commitment of admin/sub-con.

h. Monitors and controls project performance (ingress egress)

i. Turn-over and preparation of project close-out.

j. Prepares and submits project operating plan.

k. Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee
