About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project in Charge to join our dynamic team at Stage Riggers Inc.'. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This full-time role will be based in Cavite City, Cavite.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing project plans, including setting timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

  • Coordinating and managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion

  • Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as necessary

  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards

  • Providing regular progress reports and updates to senior management

  • Mentoring and supporting the project team to foster a positive and productive work environment

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, preferably in the construction industry

  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and execute detailed project plans

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding practical solutions

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • Proficient in the use of project management software and tools

  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in project management or construction management

  • Willing to be assigned to Cebu if needed.
